Week 13 – Old Blueprint Came Knocking

Just as Mark warned in our week 13 lesson, Complacency can slip in unannounced.  With the holiday season upon us I went from missing a few readings to missing a few exercises and all of a sudden, there he was, pre Sept. 27/15 Randy, with all the excuses. The old blueprint would have given up, gone back to that so called “comfort zone”.

Then they started to appear again. Blue rectangles, red circles, yellow squares and green triangles and guess what; I started to feel a comfort come over me. You see that old comfort zone no longer exists, it has been replaced with a new, exciting yearning that I just can’t let go of, to become one with my creator and experience the real “I”, .

As I thought to myself, how could this happen, Haanels words in 13:24 came to mind: “We have found that everything we get comes to us by the Law of Attraction.  A happy thought cannot exist in an unhappy consciousness; therefore the consciousness must change, and, as the consciousness changes, all conditions necessary to meet the changed consciousness must gradually change, in order to meet the requirements of the new situation”. For most people, their consciousness around the holiday season is one of happiness, and thus happiness is attracted into there lives; however, once the season has ended and we all have to go back to our lives, that happy consciousness disappears.  The same thing happened for me, visiting my children and grandchildren, enjoying the company of friends and the festivities of the season allowed me to completely let my guard down and still experience all of the joy of the season.  As soon as life started to get back to some form of normal the old fears and insecurities were back.  Thank God for MKMMA; the guardian is back at the gate of the universal mind, and I’m reading and doing the exercises that are helping me experience the real “I”.

Back on track.

Hope all of you had a wonderful holiday season!!

  1. Great post, Randy! You’ve got to beware of that comfort zone… It can try to lure us to stay there. I had a very similar post in my own blog. Glad that you didn’t let it talk you into staying! Onward and upward!
